With the new year comes new limited-time flight deals that are cheekily marketed and difficult to get. So here’s my post jumping on that Breeze Airways New Year Deals bandwagon.
Salt Lake City-based Breeze Airways has some low fares available for specific routes until 23:59EST tomorrow, Thursday the 5th. Naturally, the cheapest tickets — the $29 ones — are only valid for Las Vegas LAS to Provo PVU, and vice-versa. Then, the prices increase bit by bit, until you get to the $129 Richmond RIC to San Francisco SFO or SFO-RIC.

Travel is valid between 11 January and 14 February, but not all deals are available everyday of the week. Moreover, there are some blackout dates, namely for New Orleans MSY between 9 and 14 February.
Created in 2021 by JetBlue, WestJet, and Azul founder David Neeleman, Breeze Airways divvies up its fare classes into “Nice,” “Nicer,” & “Nicest,” the latter of which referring to a first class seat on Breeze Airways’ Airbus A220 aircraft. Besides the Airbus A220, the airline also operates Embraer 195 regional jets. Average economy class seat pitch — that is, any one point on your seat to the exact same point on the seat in front of you — is 30 or 31 inches.
For those of you appreciate airline ticket flexibility, you can rebook or cancel up to 15 minutes prior to departure, sans penalties! And if you haven’t yet signed up for the frequent flier program BreezePoints, download the Breeze Airways app for 500 free points. Note: After 24 months, FF points will expire if they aren’t added to or redeemed.
Although I haven’t flown with Breeze Airways yet, I’m curious about their point-to-point routes to some lesser-known destinations such as Las Vegas to San Bernardino SBD, CA, or popular routes without competition, à la Westchester County HPN, NY to Los Angeles LAX. However, I would like to be able to use JetBlue’s TrueBlue points on one of Breeze Airways’ flights.
