Open Sundays – Fridays 04:45 to 21:30, and Saturdays from 04:45 to 18:30, the LGA Delta Sky Club® is found in Terminal C, close to the exit of the security checkpoint. Given the mercurial nature of lounge access rules <– let Delta officially help you sort it out.
The lounge has high ceilings, lots of natural light, and ~700 seats spread across 35K square feet (~3252 square meters). It first opened in 2022, but already went through an expansion last year.

There are individual mobile phone rooms, multisensory spaces, a rotating roster of chefs, and oeuvres by local artists placed throughout the lounge.

Since the most prominent areas were heaving, I motioned past the main buffet to a quiet bright space with a variety of seating options.

Cool, but what about the food?

One could also pay for premium drinks with cash or miles.

Although the central buffet quickly got jammed, I didn’t have to fret– close to the lounge entrance, there’s a smaller buffet that also does the trick.

As boarding for the next flight was imminent, I quickly chomped down a plate of grape tomatoes, dill sauce shrimp, red wine-braised mushrooms, and Tumbleweed cheese.
If I had 20 more minutes, I would have returned to the central eating area to scope out whatever else they had. Given the limited time, however, thumbs up Delta Sky Club® New York for having actually edible meals!
