Two Delta SkyClubs in the same day, how unusual for me.
In spite of having an early morning flight, Miami’s Metrorail started running right when I needed it. A quick transfer to the Skytrain, followed by a brief stop at check-in and security led me to Delta’s H Concourse.
The SkyClub entrance is airside, to the left of security.

In April 2024, Delta unveil its refurbished Miami SkyClub; part of the new look apparently involved pastel colors, and Miami and South Beach motifs.
In spite of not knowing how the lounge looked before, like usual the priority was to make a beeline for food.

In deference to the large Caribbean population, pastry flavors included guava and guava with sweet cheese. I tried one of the latter; it happened to be my favorite thing at the lounge.

Not knowing that I’d even be able to access the lounge, I had the first of three “breakfasts” beforehand. Consequently, I had birdfood and tomato juice for the second breakfast–

Clearly, the pumpkin seeds stand out in the photo. But I did my best to add flavor to the eggs, with heaps of bacon, cheese, and hot sauce.
Plus, that aforementioned guava cheese pastry was just the right temperature.
By the way, were there enough seats to go around?
On that day, at that time, yes.

The Miami Delta SkyClub also has showers, a bar, and power points at nearly every seat. It is open daily from 04:45 to 19:30, and is a marked improvement over the rest of the H Concourse.
MIA, your airport is very depressing.
On the other hand, New York’s LaGuardia has mostly been on the up-and-up, lest you are flying Spirit out of the Marine Air Terminal.
Open Sundays – Fridays 04:45 to 21:30, and Saturdays from 04:45 to 19:30, the LGA Delta SkyClub is found in Terminal C, close to that section’s security checkpoint.
Unlike Miami’s SkyClub, the LaGuardia one had high ceilings, lots of natural light, and ~700 seats spread across 35K square feet (~3252 square meters). The lounge first opened in 2022, but already went through an expansion earlier in 2024.

There are individual mobile phone rooms, multi-sensory spaces, a rotating roster of chefs, and oeuvres by local artists placed throughout the lounge.
Cool, but what about the food?
The central kitchen was jammed, so I decided to head to one of the aft sections, which conveniently had its own small buffet.

After grabbing my bagel with cream cheese — aka breakfast #3 — the morning dishes were being replaced with more typical lunch items.

As boarding for the next flight was imminent, I quickly chomped down a plate of grape tomatoes, dill sauce shrimp, red wine-braised mushrooms, and Tumbleweed cheese.
If I had 20 more minutes, I would have returned to the central eating area to scope out whatever else was available. Given the limited time, however, of these two Delta SkyClubs, thumbs up to LGA for having actually edible meals.
