The new Washington-Dulles EVA Air flight will be the first time in history that the U.S. capital and the Taiwanese capital get a nonstop connection.
On the heels of launching ts ninth U.S. destination, Washington, D.C.’s primary international airport will soon become EVA Air’s tenth. For airplane spotters, Star Alliance flyers, and those looking to tap into the growing Taipei hub, mark June 26th on your calendars.

The new Washington-Dulles EVA Air flight will commence with four weekly flights:
| Taipei TPE – Washington, D.C. IAD | BR4 | Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday | 19:30 | 22:30 |
| IAD – TPE | BR3 | Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday | 01:50 | 05:45+1 |
The aircraft that will be utilized for this flight will be the Boeing 787-9, with a three-class configuration. Those include EVA Air’s signature business class, Royal Laurel Class, a refreshed premium economy class, and economy class.

If you’re not going to be in the DC metro area anytime soon, but are still heading across the Pacific, don’t fret. EVA Air and Southwest have a nice little interline agreement to simplify your trip.
